Intermediate team
Our Intermediate team were defeated by the narrowest of margins in the Connacht semi-final against Mayo champions Kiltane played in McHale Park on Sunday 3rd November. Despite being 8 points down at half time and conceding an early goal in second half, our lads put in a huge effort to get back to a single point. Had it not being for a goal line clearance and some other missed opportunities, we could have being looking forward to a final date. The club would like to thank the management team of Liam Gilmartin, Joe Tiffoney and Jarlath Murphy and all the players for their dedication and efforts since last December. We now look forward to 2014 when we return to Senior Championship and Division 1 football. A speedy recovery is extended to Philip Gallagher on the knee injury he picked up during the match.

A big thank you to all our supporters who travelled in big numbers to Castlebar for the semi-final.
