Having clinched promotion during the week (thanks to Ballymote’s draw with Easkey), DRP senior men’s footballers made it eight wins from eight in Division 2 of the Furey’s Coaches senior football league on Saturday evening with a 0-19 to 0-4 win over Easkey at Oxfield.
DRP are already assured of a league final place against Enniscrone-Kilglass, who they have to play twice now – once in round robin series of the league – then the Division 2 decider.
The first of those games will be in two week’s time, on Friday, Aug 2nd in Quigabar (7:30pm).
