This Saturday will be a proud day for the Currid family locally when DRP’s Anna Currid and the Sligo football team take on Roscommon in the Connacht LGFA under 16 ‘A’ championship final.
Sligo beat Leitrim, drew with Mayo and then beat Galway to reach the ‘A’ decider.
The game is being played at the Connacht GAA Centre of Excellence in Bekan Saturday at 4pm.
