What a bank-holidat Monday it’s been for this DRP five and the Sligo LGFA minor footballers, who won the Connacht ‘B’ football championship title on Monday with a dramatic ‘free-kick shoot-out’ victory against Roscommon in the final.
The teams finished level at the end of extra-time, Sligo 0-15 Roscommon 2-9.
Sligo won the shoot-out 3-1.
