Thank you to everyone who joined us last Saturday in Rathcormac Hall for the club’s Juvenile Awards event – as we kickstarted the new years by paying tribute to the efforts of all our hurling and football teams over the past 12 months. A special word of thanks to our guest Caroline Currid for her words of insight and encouragement for players, coaches and parents. Thank you all to all the club volunteers who helped out – and to Ken Foley and Supermacs for providing the delicious grub. Good luck to all our club players involved with the Sligo LGFA senior footballers this Sunday as they begin their Lidl national football league campaign against Offaly in Ferbane (2pm).
